My Charge 5 stopped recording my heart rate after a swim. Everything else is working. Another thing that happened was it lost all of its charge overnight and did not record my sleep. I have reset, checked settings, updated and uninstall and reinstalled the ap but heart rate is still not recording. No green flashing light on the back

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
