I just received my new Charge 5. It was easy to set up. I like the new features. But, I have to say, without hesitation, the watch band is absolutely horrible. It's difficult to get on and tighten. It looks really cheap. It makes my Fitbit look like I bought it for $3 at the flea market. Just glad I can buy different bands on Amazon for a reasonable price.

Just to add my two cents, @Justjill1011  … my favorite charge 5 band is Fitbit’s Hook and Loop. It is infinitely adjustable … easy to tighten … and very comfortable. I’ve had a lot of positive comments on it.
