Quick question for the group. My husband and I purchased our Charge 5s on April 1, 2022. Mine has been declared damaged or nonworking twice. My husband's has been deemed the same one time. Weeks ago we were told that we would receive replacements. (I had to mail mine in, he didn't) We've heard nothing back so far. I requested an update yesterday. I've heard nothing from Fitbit since the initial contact and resolution. The first time this happened, Fitbit was right on it and I received my replacement within 2 days. Does anyone know how long it is taking to get replacements at this point?
