Charge 5 Issues

My new charge 5 seems to be having issues sending information in full to my app on my phone. My C5 currently shows 5 hours of hourly activity but the app after syncing is only showing 2. My app is saying I was stationary between 8-12 today with no steps but I was at work and the step count has counted the steps for this period but the timeline and hourly activity isn't showing on the app. I've tried resetting the C5, logging out and back into the app, and turning Bluetooth off then back on but this has made no difference. I never had any of these issues with my Fitbit blaze that was in use for years until last week when I upgraded. I just want the data the C5 is showing to match the data on the app!
