Charge 5 Lines on the screen

Hi,

I've had lines on my charge 5 for the last 3 days. Have let the battery die and recharge as well as trying to do forced reset several times to no avail. Charge 5 is just over 12 months old so I need some help please.

@IrishVickie Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support as soon as possible to see which options you have:
