Hi having a strange problem with Charge 5 since yesterday, screen black, unresponsive to touch, but the moment I put it on charger, logo goes on loop and starts constantly vibrating.
I followed all necessary steps to reset (X3 times pressing the button and long press, un-pairing and deleting charge 5 from app & Bluetooth) but nothing works.
I know there are other threads mentioning similar issues, but this one has vibration buzzing in addition.
it’s less than 3months old.
Please advise.
