I had charged it fully 2 days back. Was working fine till today around 10pm when I saw the screen got black. When I put it to charge, the watch started vibrating with a black screen. Then there was a few seconds of glitchy display of logo followed by something (not understandable). I checked in Fitbit app. 1st it wasn't syncing. After a few mins it showed 1% battery. But charging screen is not showing. Now it is just coming as Battery empty.
Can you pls help?
My usual frequency of charging is like once in 5-6 days.

Can you stop giving the same generic responses and actually look into the problem! So many charge 5 users are experiencing the same sudden battery drain issues after the latest update! It’s been nearly two weeks and still no solutions or updates from fitbit!
