Hello everybody,

 

Since a month or so I noticed my Charge 5 start to act weird.

In the first place I noticed that when turning the wrist the screen was not turning on anymore, on top of that when during the nicht I remove the watch I noticed the screen was showing the FitBit logo, than turning off, than after a while again turning on,...an son on.

 

Recently I updated the firmware and at first it seemed working fine again. Now its been a couples of days, that in the evening when I remove the watch after a while a "X" symbol appear on the screen and I cant do anything but just let the watch die and rechard it again. I tried to reset it with the charging cable but it doesnt do anything.

 

Does anybody have similar issues?

I am not doing anything extreme with it, just training at the gym and using it for normal office day life. Nothing extreme like diving or even using it under the shower...

I’ve had mine for just over a month now and it doesn’t light up when I turn my wrist anymore about 70% of the time. I’m constantly having to tap it over and over. It also does this thing where it says my heart rate is rising rapidly then it falls immediately but it’s not actually happening. The newest thing is my smart alarm isn’t working. It goes off after I’ve been awake for 30 to 40 minutes. Beginning to think I wasted my money.
