My Charge5 doesn’t have the SPO2 app and neither does it appear in the list of apps to install??
Where did it go?

Thank you for sharing what is happening with your Charge 5. I'm sorry to hear that it doesn't have the SpO2 app.
In this case my recommendation is to confirm if you have the latest version of the Fitbit app, version 4.67. To check this please refer to the following link: How do I update the Fitbit app? Also, you can check for any software update available for your phone.

Just want to confirm that you're in a region/country where the Fitbit SpO2 feature is supported.
If you do live in a country where the feature is supported, did you travel to another region where SpO2 isn't supported?
