In the new dashboard there is no real time heart rate monitoring. I want to know if this is something you are going to fix or if it's coming back. I was thinking about pre-order a charge 6, so this is very important to me. And I don't like the new dashbord either. It's greyish and dull. Not inspiring at all. And I think the fitbit had more personal adjustments before, like step length. I'm really sorry to say I'm thinking to change to an apple watch.

Same experience.
If not fixed by Xmas then a new tracker will be my present

@SunsetRunner and @Ted-fit2019 If you mean the new app, real-time heart rate is present on the iOS app. Sometimes when you start the app, the Heart metric shows a range - but when the device is synced, the HR appears. If there’s a single number, you’re good. I think in the old app it had a graphic of a beating heart, so it’s easy to get confused.

I did not get confused by the new dashboard. I had to remove the fitbit from Bluetooth and register it again. Then I restarted it from the clock. Then the realtime heart rate showed up.
I still miss the battery indecator and hope this will be fixed soon, and also the colors on the dashbord and the bumping heart.
Just don't know why you changed it, when it was working so well.
