My brand new Fitbit 5 (bought January 7, 2022) has stopped tracking my exercise. I walk 30+ min per day. I expect this device to track my walk. It tracks steps and sleep, but not my walks. I called Fitbit yesterday, and went through the very painful process of resetting my device. Today, it did not record my walk, so I toggled my Bluetooth off and then back on. I also cannot get the device to vibrate when I receive phone calls and texts, or 10 minutes before the end of the hour for 250+ steps per hour. At this point, I hate this device!
