Charge 5 - No Readiness score nor Cardio Score - I've been wearing my charge 5 for months (I think I have even surpassed a year) now and I get sleep and HRV scores daily. However when I go into setting up readiness score or cardio score "something went wrong" comes up.

I have been wearing my fitbit Charge 5 since the changeover to Google. I wear it religiously, I merely take it off wash it when I have a shower, otherwise it is on my arm. Why am I not getting the readiness score? I track exercise, I sleep with a close average of 7 hours. I simply do not find a reason from any article why I do not receive a readiness score!
