Charge 5 No Sleep data for months  - practically since I bought it - I have tried all solutions - this renders the device 'not fit for purpose' which here in the uk is grounds for returning it to the maker - I bought it because of the sleep data and heart data I have spent so much time trying to get it to work

The customer support is very poor and often just directs people to extracts from the manual and is no help in troubleshooting, I do wonder if the charge 5 isnt a clever scam of some sort.
