My charge 5 battery ran down to nothing and it died. After I recharged it, oddly enough, the screen is only green. Everything works, but its all in only one color - green. I did a complete erase/reset, and that didn't fix it. Before I go the warranty route, anyone ever seen this or have a clue how to fix?
This would be my 2nd warranty claim in 8 months since owning the Charge 5. Not a very good track record. Seems they really don't like water/swimming, odd things seem to happen whenever they get wet, despite them supposed to be very waterproof and rated for swimming... not that impressed so far!!!!

Mine has the blue and green. I didnt even swim with it, just took a shower with it! I must say it is very disappointing with such poor quality. And fitbit expects customers to pay for premium service when their hardware is not up to premium quality. Also the customer service is poor.
