Charge 5 No zone minutes or hate rate

I have just upgraded my charge 4 to a 5, easyist to set up...BUT..  zone minutes on all exercises do not work (walking, running and int/workout) both in selected modes and auto recognition. Also lost one of my walks this morning its on the activity log but did not show up on the watch. Also sleep mode dose not work but only had it on for a day so might need a little more data. Also my heart rate monitor has only seemd to have worked twice for a couple of minutes each day.. I have done six sets of exercise on selected activites, and three auto (over ten min's) and where on my charge 4 I clocked up 150mins, I did none, and even the run did not go over 70bpm ???? Hope you can help, as its feels like I have gone backwards, and should not off upgraded and kept the 170 pounds {(

It seems that the data is being recorded on my phone, but not the watch, also my heart rate and zone min's are still not owrking

I just did a 5K jog and on the watch it showed 62 Zone minutes. Then it synced and showed 0. And then my heart rate info went to 0 and stayed at 0 for about 1 hour - and I was not even dead. Go back to the Charge 4 - I have been finding once you have an issue with the Charge 5 issues will come up every few weeks and frustrate you.
