After years of Sleep Details for which I pay a subscription fee, my Charge 5 suddenly stopped showing them on 17Sep23, leaving me only with Simplified Sleep Details. No sleep stages. No sleep heart rate statistics. But shows other health metrics and readiness score.
This occurred after I moved my account from Fitbit to Google. Everything else synchronizes OK.
Tried everything. Hard iPhone Reset, deleted and reinstalled App, replaced my Charge 5 with a new unit, updated the new Charge 5 firmware.
Firmware version 20001.188.58.
Fitbit App 3.90 and App 4.00
iOS 17.0.1
iPhone 13 Pro Max
Please fix this.

Sad to hear that your having issues with your Fitbit Premium account. Thanks for having taken your time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to see what's possibly wrong with your account:

Fitbit Support Chat took all my information and escalated the issue to a “specialized team,” promising eventual email contact. This may have been a “migration to Google” problem.
two days later, me sleep score and details returned. Problem solved.
