I have recently recieved a new Samsung A16 to replace my A13
Fitbit app on old phone still syncs and shows ALL historical data
New phone shows weight & heart rate and other historical data back to 2017 but only shows STEP data back to the date I received the device (3 weeks ago)
Tried everything I can think of. Any advice appreciated

Hello @SoggyMoggy
There's a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see some of our historical data. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
Apparently, this issue is affecting your new phone, but not your old one.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since this issue is on the Fitbit side.

Thanks. Is there any estimate of time for a resolution for this?

Hello @SoggyMoggy
Have you had a chance to update the Fitbit app to the current Android version, 4.34.1? I've seen users report that updating to this version fixed the issue where they couldn't see their historical data.

Yes I am on 4.34.1 and still only showing step count since new phone arrived. All other data shows previous to this date.
