My Charge 5 screen died. I’ve charged and reset. It syncs and vibrates but no screen. Anything else to do or return on warranty?
I’m a bit disappointed, this is the last in a line of problems:
- battery drain in a day for a while a few months back, seemed to be fixed by a later update.
- app not displaying heart rate graph on summary page, fixed after a few weeks.
- last week getting constant notifications to add a card every 20 to 30 minutes also through the night, now fixed.
finally, this Charge 5 was heavily discounted because my Charge 3 died (backlight failed, then wouldn’t charge) a couple months after warranty.
I appreciate the discount but your quality control and testing is abysmal. Totally unsustainable.
