Charge 5 Screen blank/completely unresponsive when alarm goes off.

Hi 

I have had the Charge 5 for about 4 days. When I use the alarm function, it vibrates but the screen won't respond or switch on to defeat the alarm, or in fact do anything. Sleep mode is on, hence screen does not automatically come on, but no number of taps long or short will make it display. You just kind of have to wait until it decides to wake up, 5-10 minutes and then it responds normally. 

Overall, I'm enjoying the Charge 5, the information given seems mostly accurate, but in terms of responsiveness it is a bit slow handling it isn't that great.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems getting the screen to activate in the mornings.

 I was just wondering, are you just turning Sleep Mode on or are you setting the schedule for it? I don’t use it myself, but it might make a difference.  If you set it to stop a bit before your alarm was due to go off, it might be easier to tap the screen.
