This morning my Fitbit Charge 5 (20001.171.50) started flipping out during a phone call….
1. Constant vibration, black screen
2. I did a hard restart (from the cord)
3. Screen flashes, like a strobe light. Try a restart from the Fitbit itself. Screen is unstable performance
4. Screen is black now. Fitbit still collects data and syncs but screen is entirely unresponsive. No vibrations anymore for alarms, notifications, or charging.
5. tried multiple restarts from the cord. All it does is act like a strobe light with the logo then back to black. I have that on video to show.
Forums indicate a faulty device requiring replacement. Any other troubleshoot method or just file a claim? I have the device insurance
