Hi, I live in Argentina but will be in US until October 3rd.

I was wondering if I will be able to get the Charge 5 if I preorder it now or not.

Hi @gerygg it would be a risk. Right now the sales page says late September, so it might actually come later. The newly released Luxe was supposed to be out in June, but it actually was the end of June- first of July. While you're in the US, maybe check with retailers like Best Buy or Target to see if it has reached their shelves. By now, with pre-orders, Fitbit probably has quite a few people ahead of you.

Best Buy has it listed at September 27th availability. You can pre-order today and pick it up when you get to the States!

@mikeyt1818  it would be nice if that worked. The Luxe was also going to be sold on a certain day at Best Buy and that time period was removed and then changed to meet the same date as Fitbit.com had - so it was a month late. I'd hate for someone to be stuck. Best thing would be to get it if it's in the store and not pre-order to pick up at a store if it's not going to be there.
