Charge 5 Stopped Responding

Screen blank - shows 24 percent battery life left.  1 month old.  Simply stopped working while on a nature hike - no water…any ideas? Will place on charger when I get back home to see if that “resets” anything…thanks

Hi Sparn16,

 

I'll tell you about my recent troubleshooting with fitbit which got screen responsive and my watch to work again so you can do it without calling.

 

First, try to sync your device in the app.

 

Secondly, reset the device. To do this, at the end of the charging cable where the Fitbit charging cable plugs into the USB charging block, you'll see a reset button. WIth the phone on the charger, press the button 3 times with a 1 second gap between the pushes. Check your screen and you'll likely see the Fitbit image come across it and then the battery charging box.
