My Charge 5 that I purchased in April of this year stopped synching yesterday. It charges, but no longer buzzes or shows the battery life like it used to when plugged in. I tried two different chargers (old Charge 5 one) and neither helped.
I ran through all of the troubleshooting steps and I cannot add the device back to my app. Device can't locate phone and phone can't find device. If this is firmware related, is there a fix, otherwise am I still in warranty and can I get a replacement?

Since you bought your Charge 5 in April 2023, it should be under warranty, provided you bought it from an authorized seller.
