Charge 5 Stopped Tracking

This morning I had more problems syncing my fitbit to my android phone than usual before I installed the new firmware update.  But once I updated the firmware, I noticed that my tracker had effectively stopped recording any detailed information at about 9:30 a.m. yesterday.  There was also no health metrics, sleep data, or readiness score information available, among other missing data.

 

I've rebooted the phone, turned on/off bluetooth; force stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled the app; unpaired/re-paired the tracker from my account, etc., but I still I cannot recover any of yesterday's data.  Any suggestions?

That happened to me too. I had updated the firmware too. Let me know if you know how you fix it.
