Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Journey1.
Thank you for sharing this information about the problem you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
Before considering other options, please let me know if you're not receiving the notifications at all or if you do receive them but the device is not vibrating.
In the meantime, please try setting up a silent alarm to check if the vibration is working properly. In addition, make sure that you've also tried a restart procedure and disable the Do not Disturb Mode and Sleep mode on the device's settings.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Same here. I've lost all vibrations; reminders to move, active texts and phone calls, and when I hit my daily goal. I'm also not getting the visual notification that I've reached my goal.
I've tested by changing vibration strength, the motor still works, and restarted my device several times. I swear if we hadn't gifted our Charge 4s to some friends who needed them, we'd downgrade.

@Gridlore Thank you for sharing that you've been having the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, could you please also confirm if you've turned off the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode options on your Charge 5?
