Charge 5 Stuck on ECG

My charge 5 is stuck on the ECG screen.  It won't swipe right.  I just get a blank white screen if I try to run the ECG on my phone.  I tried restarting with the three presses on the button on the charge cable, but it stays stuck.  HELP!

I hope that you were able to get back to the clock face on your Charge 5. I discovered that if I accidentally tap on the ECG or EDA tile on my Charge 5 which started the app, tapping continuously on the screen eventually got my device back to the clock screen.

The Fitbit team is aware of the issue with the blank white screen when trying to run the ECG on one's phone. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon as this is an important app for many users.
