Charge 5 TRACKER will not show sleep score or accurate menstrual health

Since updating the firmware and software a few days ago, I’ve noticed that only certain stats are visible on my actual charge 5 tracker. I can see my sleep score within the app, but it doesn’t reflect in the tracker. Similarly, my period cycles are accurate in the app, but will not sync on the tracker.

Help? I’ve already done all of the possible resets, disconnects, reboots, unpairs/re-pairs, so please don’t suggest these.

There have been other users reporting that they see their sleep score in the app, but it doesn't show on their Charge 5. So far, I haven't seen any information regarding a solution.

The positive news is that since you see your sleep score in the app, that means your data was successfully uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers, meaning no loss of your data.

If I find any information on a solution, I'll report back.

Bought an Apple Watch. Fitbit has really gone downhill in the last year, especially since being acquired by Google. Best of luck everyone.

Same here.  Very frustrating when something you rely on suddenly stops working after an update.
