Charge 5 Temperature monitoring

Charge 5 skin temperature is not recording.  I have done the suggested turn off, delete app, reinstall app for software update and that hasn't fixed it.  I have menstrual monitoring off, would that affect it?  Any other suggestions?

Do you realize that it only records at night while asleep, and not actual temperature but only difference from your average temp?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
