I have to reinstall my Fitbit app and it won’t let me use my email address I had what do I do it’s the only email address I use

That probably means you tried to create a new account.  Rather than create a new account, you just want to log in with same email and password you were using before, even though you reinstalled the app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
