Downloading or sharing heart rhythm assessment is impossible.

Tried to download, 35mins and still downloading thought I would share might be easier another 30mins and still preparing the report for sharing.

What am I doing wrong for it to take sooooooo long.

Does anyone know if this update is coming to other countries (Finland)?

@BullitBob, @SunsetRunner and @Hingane. It's good to see here in the forums.

@BullitBob and @SunsetRunner Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. To look into this, may I know the model of your phone? Also, do you see an error message when trying to download the reports? If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap Discover > Heart Rhythm Assessments > View Results.
  5. Tap on any of your results > Export a PDF for your doctor.
  6. You'll receive a notification once the file is ready to download. Wait until then and try one more time.

@Hingane Thanks for joining this thread. Let me clarify that that the firmware update is a progressive rollout and isn't released based on region. Don't worry if you don't see this update now, you'll see it available in the Fitbit app soon. To receive more updates, please keep an eye on this thread.

Hi @SunsetRunner,

I have a feeling it has something to do with the app.  Have you cleared your Fitbit app cache?

@LizzyFitbit  Not working, PDF downloading for 15 minutes and still going and nothing I left it downloading for ages so still the same, so I close it. The report is there I am just not able to download or view it.

No error message, just continually downloading.

The phone is an Oppo Reno 4Z

For me it was the ECG app within the Fitbit app. Go to gallery in your profile and go to your apps. Uninstall the ECG app from there. Then go to apps in your phone, clear the cache, force stop, and reboot. Now go back the gallery in the fitbit app and reinstall the ECG app. This is what I had to do on my Android Galaxy S22
