Did this ever change? It is December 2021 and I cannot get an update on the warranty I sent in over 3 weeks ago. Fitbit doesn't care at all.

On the Fedex website it NOW SAYS, "No delivery date." I called Fedex to complain. He told me to complete a LOST claim on Fedex. I tried to do this but the only people that can do this is Fitbit because THEY ae the ones that gave me the preprinted label. MORE DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called Fitbit, AGAIN, and pleaded with the guy. It has been 34 days since I mailed my broken Charge 5. He did some digging and said he would send another one, which he did, I have a tracking number.
This has been a REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I can see why Fitbit has such a BAD reputation for customer service. I asked to to be transferred to Fitbit Premium CS and asked them why I should not get my Premium membership extended, knowing full well it's THEIR device which failed so I could not use Fitbit Premium. He basically said Too Bad! I aksed for his manager. He refused. He said I'd get an email. NOTHING!!! AFTER 4 YEARS, THIS IS MY LAST FITBIT. EVER! You never know how good a company is until YOU NEED THEM. Well, sadly, I found out!

The old one still has not arrived in CA, but the replacement finally arrived at my apartment 1/7/22.
Only TWO short months from when I sent it it!

I finally got mine also. Crazy, crazy experience. Who knows where my old watch is. I still say they could have given us an air freight return for pennies considering how small the watch is. Waiting for 6 weeks was crazy!
