Charge 5 Water Reminders

I would like my fitbit to give me an hourly reminder to drink water. I don't want to track what I'm drinking, just be reminded. I use the IOS phone app and the Windows web browser for access to my account.  I remember in some previous versions of FB, that you could customize reminders. I can't find that function now.

 

I am open to using another app for this, if it's a free version.

I haven't found that feature in FitBit yet.  I'd really like the ability to log water intake directly on my watch, but it doesn't do that either. 

 

I use Hydrillo to remind me. It's got a smart algorithm so if you've logged sufficient water it won't notify you until the next interval.  It links with fitbit so I do see the notifications and the logging so that's what I use. 

 

You could set an hourly timer on your phone. Restart it each time throughout the day. (I do something like this when administering meds)  

 

You could also set a recurring task in your calendar.

Sorry for my slow reply, thanks for letting me know that I'm not overlooking something obvious.  I went ahead and splurged, spent $4 on waterlogged and it now gives me reminders on my phone.  Works great.

I recently purchased a Charge 5 device and am also using an iPhone. I have been looking for a similar reminder (just to let me know that it is about time to drink XXX ml of water to get to my daily goal) and found a solution that works perfectly for my needs: I downloaded an app called: "Drink Water Reminder" (developed by Hieu Nguyen) which can send you notifications every few hours (customized). Those can be enabled on your tracker by going to your Profile icon > Choose your "Charge 5" device > Notifications > enable the specified app.

During my exploration, I tried to find out which apps have an integration with the Charge 5 device's notifications but couldn't find any documentation, so it was more of a "try and error" approach. In the 3rd app that I tried, I saw that it supports the notification's integration. 

As a side note: I would also love to know what other app notifications are supported on this tracker.

I guess the Alarm app will also work.  You can set multiple alarms to alert you to drink.
