I have recorded my scores for individual sleep stages in Excel for more than one year now, and follow the average sleep durations in a chart. During the past 7-10 days, the scores for REM and deep sleep have dropped by half or two-thirds. (Today's were: REM 19 mins and deep 25 mins.) I wear my Charge 5 at the same level of snugness on my left wrist every night, and the hundreds of data points in past months have been very consistent - except for the recent ones. I'm taking no new meds or other major changes in health.
What changed? Has Fitbit done anything to alter the calculation of scores? What could account for the sudden and consistent drop? Other thoughts?
Thanks, Greg H
