Hi, does anyone know if high & low heart rate notifications work in in DND or Sleep mode? I would hope since that is safety precaution feature. Thanks!

Hi @RCkey. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for your question. As you may know, with this feature your Charge 5 will notify you whenever your heart rate is outside of your high or low thresholds while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes. Because the Sleep Mode or DND settings prevent you from any kind of distractions, the heart rate notifications will also not go through your tracker when they're enabled
I understand your concern and appreciate your feedback about this feature. While we continue working to improve our products, I'd encourage you to share this as an idea in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration.

Is there a way to check in the app if the tracker had detected a high low heart rate while your Watch was in DND/sleep mode?
For example: can you go to the Fitbit app and see if charge 5 detected high low heart rates?

Hi there, @ShadowNinja.
Thanks for joining this thread and let me explain that because the heart-rate notifications will go through your Charge 5, it's not possible to see them on the Fitbit app regardless if you were using or not DND/Sleep Mode. If you wish to see this feature, you can also share this idea in the Feature Suggestions board. That way our developers will take it into consideration for future improvements.
As a side note, if you're located in the United States, let me share your tracker is compatible with the Irregular heart rhythm notifications. This other feature will allow you to receive alerts if there are signs of an irregular rhythm that may be AFib. You can either receive Fitbit app or phone notifications, and those will be saved on the Fitbit app. To learn more about this, I'd recommend reviewing this help article.
