My charge 5 will not wake up without tapping the face. My Charge 4 would awaken with turn my write. Hell

Hello @Jaki12 

 

Please check that Screen Wake mode is set to Auto.  Scroll down from the clockface and you'll see a big blue button. Tap it to change if you need to.  You want it to be on Auto not Manual.

 

Also make sure that Sleep Mode and DND are Off.
