Charge 5 Won't Charge Past 7%

Received an email from support.  Even though my Fitbit is under 9 months old and I provided proof of purchase, the warranty is void because I did not purchase through them.  I purchased off of Amazon.

 

I ran the email through my message decryption tool and this is how it read...Seriously if we chose to do the right thing and stand behind our defective product (Charge 5) we would go bankrupt.  Please purchase one directly from us even though we are doing nothing to right the wrong.

 

Time for me to move on to a company that stands behind their product and actually cares about their customers.
