Charge 5 adjusted 1 hour time difference but wont change back to original time.

Recently I took a cruise to the Caribbean and we had to adjust watches 1 hour forward which my charge did automatically. Now I'm back home a few days and it won't change back. Any advice?

It doesn't make sense that your device automatically adjusted the time while you were on your cruise, but didn't change back when you returned home.

If you haven't already done so, I suggest checking your app settings to make sure they are still set to Automatic Time Zone (uses network provided time):

 

  • Tap on your profile picture in your phone's Fitbit app to get to your Account settings
  • Tap on App Settings
  • From this page, confirm that Automatic time zone is selected

If this doesn't fix your issue, you could try manually selecting the time zone from the App settings page. If your device still doesn't show the correct time, then it's probably time to contact Fitbit support.
