For 5 months, my Charge 5 alarms worked just fine (both individual alarms and repeated smart wake alarms). Now, no alarm will vibrate. I am not on DND or other quiet modes. I have also reset multiple times, and deleted and re-added alarms. Sometimes, I look at the watch shortly after it should have gone off, and it says it was snoozed, but it was never snoozed, and I wait for it to go off again, but it just repeatedly says it has been snoozed (this is not always the case, sometimes it just doesn't go off at all).

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @GACH001.
Thanks for sharing that you've been having this problem with your alarms.
Just to confirm if there are no vibrations at all or if this is only happening with the alarms, let me know if you feel any vibration when you receive notifications and when you reach your activity goals.
In the meantime, please try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account and let me know if the issue persists.

I do get vibrations for text messages (most of the time) and with activity goals as well as move reminders. It's just alarms that are not working.

My alarms did go off this morning! Seems like setting up as a new device worked. Thanks!
