I have a charge 5 and periodically the alarm stops working. I do the charger button reset and it will work for a while and then stop again. I see from past posts this has been an issue for a while, why has it not been fixed?
The charge 5 is a great device, but having to constantly fiddle with alarms and reset it is frustrating.

Welcome to the Fitbit couuminty, @Krissi1510!
Please try to resolve this issue by performing a normal restart on your Charge 5. To do so, just swipe down from the clock face to Settings. Then tap on Settings, followed by a tap on Restart Device. Finally confirm by tapping on Restart.

I have tried that several times as well. Are there any plans to fix this issue?

Hi there, @Krissi1510. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. @Talahthas Thanks for helping out!
In addition to the steps you've tried, I recommend to try removing and re-adding the alarm. See How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device? In addition, please make sure you've restarted your Charge 5 using the three pulse restart method described here.

I have also tried removing and readding the alarm, still have the same issue. I am really keen to understand why Fitbit aren't trying to fix it? I would rather not have to follow all these steps every few weeks.
