Charge 5 always showing BPM over 100 when my heart rate is under 60

Charge 5 is always showing my heart rate over 100 (normally hovering around 110).

I have taken it back twice in the last 2 days (am now on my 3rd one in a week).

I am on heart medication so my heart rate is in the 50s, even in the hospital yesterday the machine was showing 58 and FB showing 112.

Used to be accurate but now next to useless, I don't know what else to try apart from another product.
