I've seen a few post of Singaporeans asking for DBS the most used bank we have here to be added into your payment options since 2018. I guess Fitbit's team response is always the same. How long do they need to answer actual users concerns? 10 years?
New product Charge 5 seems to be an issue as well with gps and hear rate not being able to work together.
I think staying away from companies that don't answer actual users problems would be the best option.
Fitbit does not help users but has the audacity to charge premium.
In the bin you go fitbit along with all the users concerns since 2018

Hi @Koniskas each country and each bank has to want to join with Fitbit. Fitbit can only do what is allowed by the law of the country, the individual banking institution and banking regulations. Have you talked to someone at your banking institution about allowing their card to be used with Fitbit Pay? I hope you were kidding about throwing away the Charge 5. It's best to get it working as you've already bought it.
