Charge 5 and extra exercises

The last few days I have used the workout option on my Charge 5. When i sync that shows up but also an exercise I did at 5is in the evening. This was posted in the morning. 5 pm hadn’t even arrived yet!  Why?

I appreciate the information provided about this issue with your Charge 5. 

That is a big odd, let me know if you're experiencing this issue with a few of your workouts or if it happened only with one exercise. In the meantime, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users with similar problems: 

• Restart your Charge 5 using the charging cable. 
• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings. 
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see the correct time. 
• Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
