Hey all. Anyone else having issues with the Charge 5 tracker not properly showing your daily sleep data after several hours into the day?
It'll be fine right after waking up and a few hours in, but by midday or so, the tracker will no longer show the numbers of hours slept, nor will it show a sleep score.
App is fine. Restarting the tracker does nothing. Hoping to find a solution if it's happened it anyone else.
I've read other user posts reporting that their sleep score isn't showing on their Fitbit devices, but their sleep score shows in the Fitbit app. So far, I haven't see a solution for this issue. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon through an update.
The good news is since you are seeing your sleep score in the app, that means your data was uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.

Hello @AmandaWhite
Occasionally, my sleep start & end times will be incorrect in the Fitbit app. When this happens, I edit the times on the Sleep page in the Fitbit app.
It's been my experience that it usually takes a while for the app to update my sleep log, score, and stages, sometimes an hour or so.
If you have additional questions, please let us know.

Best AnswerI am having the exact same problem for the past week and a half. Tried everything that I have read on how to fix the problem. Nothing works. Sleep Time and Sleep Score will show first thing in the morning when I wake up on my Charge 5. Then after several hours, all the data goes away. All my data shows correctly on my phone.
