My charge 5 app has stopped recording my Zone times
and also my hourly steps record
yet hourly steps is recording on my Charge 5 tracker

Keep in mind that you earn Active Zone Minutes for time spent in the fat burn, cardio, or peak heart-rate zones. If you're not getting any Active Zone Minutes or a record of your hourly steps, please try restarting your device using the charging cable, as described here.
