My Charge 5 watch does show that I walking my 250 steps but on the App it is not working.

Also my sleep doesn't show up for the last 2 nights. 

None of it shows up on this website also.

What can a do?

I’m having the same issues. I’ve tried restarting my Charge 5 and my iPhone, but that hasn’t resolved the problems.
