Charge 5 app not working (second day)

I read a tweet that the app issue had been resolved, but my Charge 5 app is not working. I have the latest firmware update. Most of the tracking information is missing - heart rate, sleep score, etc. 

 

but, at the top of this forum page, it states the problem is being looked at, so not sure if the issue has been resolved and only a few devices are still not working, or is this still a general unresolved issue that and I should just wait it out?

@Kim1960 the issue with the app appeared to be resolved yesterday. It started working again briefly, but now has stopped working again. This is an issue on Fitbit's end and there is nothing we users can do but wait.
