Charge 5 band comes off

My new charge 5 band will not stay connected. The watch had fallen off my wrist countless times. I have purchased 4 other bands to try and still has the same issue. Does anyone else have this issue or did I get a bad watch? I can say it's not the bands but it's the watch itself.  Thanks for any input.

I’m sorry to hear about your problem with the straps falling off.  It’s not common but is happening to some other people too (see the link)

I recommend contacting support and asking for help or a replacement Charge 5.  

Did you buy it from a shop or directly from Fitbit?  If it’s possible to change it I would try.

 

Also are you making  sure the straps are snapping into place and trying to pull them away to make sure they’re secure before wearing it?  I’m pretty sure you will be, but people will ask.

 

Good luck with getting it replaced.  Contacting support or your retailer is probably the best move now.

Thank you that is great help.  Yes direct from Fitbit and yes testing the bands. It is only one dude that does it. But I will contact them. Thank you so much for the help.

They were very helpful and aware of the issue with some of these. A replacement is on the way. I really appreciate your help.
