I just got my Charge 5, but the band seems to come off almost constantly it’s not even getting a bump.It comes off where the band attaches to the watch, not where the bands connect to each other
It’s completely new and I it came off 5 times on the first day. I don’t think this is supposed to happen

That's great news, thank you for the update, @shangsfanclub!
Hi, thank you for your inquiry, @CarolannBryant.
If you're still having this inconvenience with your wristband, could you please confirm if you already tried the steps @AAlFa mentioned earlier (pressing firmly on the side until you hear a click)?
I'll be around.

I've had exactly the same issue, the bottom band keeps coming off even though it clicks on attaching.
This never happened even once with my Fitbit Charge 4, steady as a rock.
I contacted customer support who went through some steps with me, and I am now waiting for someone higher up the food chain to contact me.
Watch this space...

Same problem and now I can’t find my Fitbit. I’m afraid it fell off without me noticing.
