Charge 5 band coming off

One side of the watch, the band keeps coming off is anyone else having this problem? I think I'm going to take it back to the store for a replacement watch, I can't afford to lose the watch because the connector is faulty.

Yea this is a hard NO for me, the band continually coming off is NOT supposed to happen, eventually it will get lost, also I had to turn off a lot of features that I wanted to use due to the battery draining after a few hours. I was not impressed with the 5. I took it back to the store for a refund. I REALLY, REALLY wish you all had not screwed up the fitbit charge 3, that horrible upgrade was a killer, I loved the 3 before the screw up and you all never fixed it, such a shame. I do still have my fitbit 2 and it still works so I will use it but not happy about the 5.

I had the left side of the band (strap) come off.

Hi!  I currently have a Charge 3 that i've had for two years.   the band is popping off for me a lot now (i've already replaced it).  Was hoping an upgrade to charge 5 would resolve thinking fitbit may have improved their connection mechanisms but sounds like its a problem for you?

I have a Charge 5 Fitbit, the left side of the strap just comes off sometimes.

I've seen some reports about this in the forums, but it's not very common for the Charge 5. Keep in mind that every case is evaluated individually and if you experience any problem with the band coming off, you can get in touch with the Support team so they can let you know what are the options available for you. 

If you continue to have this issue with your Charge 3 wristband, I also recommend that you continue the communication with the Support team for further assistance.
