Charge 5 band connector broke

While wearing my Charge 5, the band popped off and the plastic connector fell out. Tried snapping the connector back in place and attaching the band but it just pops right back off/out.

There isn't a way to repair the broken band connector that I know of. 

How long have you had your Charge 5? If it's been less than a year, you might have options under warranty. You would need to contact Support (<-- click) to to start that process. Complete the prompts in Step 1. Tap on Continue in Step 2 to get to the contact options.

@tashley235 there are various bands like this on Amazon. They encapsulate the Fitbit, so you can continue to wear it after the connector has broken off. I see some different styles, so maybe you can find one that will work for you.

Unfortunately it was originally purchased in October of 2023. Already was replaced once due to the black screen issue so I'm sure I'm out of luck.
